What are your hours?
We are open for dine in Wednesday- Saturday 4:30PM - 9:00PM and Tuesday & Sunday 4:30PM - 8:00PM. Carry out is also available Tuesday - Thursday & Sunday 4:00 - 8:00 and Friday - Saturday 4:00 - 8:30. Carry out is available by phone until 9:00PM Wednesday - Sunday.

Do you take reservations?
We do take reservations via Resy.com. Due to our limited seating, there is a time limit of 90 minutes per table for all of our guests. We take reservations for parties of 1-8 guests via Resy.com. If you are looking to book a larger party we can accommodate up to 10 guests in the dining room and up to 12 guests on the patio. Please email us at info@franklypizza.com for more information.

Do you have indoor and outdoor dining?
Yes, our patio and our dining room are both open! Reservations are available for both indoor and outdoor dining. Walk-ins are also welcome for both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as our bar.

Do you require reservations?
Reservations are not required. We have limited tables available for walk-ins that rotate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you allow dogs on your patio?
While we love your dogs, for the enjoyment and safety of all of our guests, dogs are not allowed on the patio (with the exception of service dogs).

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the main restaurant and patio are wheelchair accessible. Our carry out space is not. Please call us and let us know if you need to pick up your carry out in the main restaurant or if you would like us to bring it out to you as we are more than happy to help.

How do I place a carry out order?
We are currently accepting same day carry out orders online. Online ordering begins at 4:00 PM Tuesday - Sunday. If you are having trouble placing an order online or having trouble getting the pick up time you would like, please call us and we will try to help. While we strive to fulfill as many orders as possible, we can only take a set number each night.

Where do I pick up my carry out?
Carry out can be picked up in our new carry space, which is just next door to the restaurant. (Left of the patio.)

Can I tip online?
Yes, before you click the Pay button, you can choose the tipping method as “Credit Card” and enter the tip amount. And thank you!

Do you deliver?
We do not deliver, and we do not work with any third-party delivery services at this time.

Can I order in advance?
We are currently only doing same day ordering. However, if you would like a gluten free pizza, we do require that you reserve that at least 24 hours in advance. See below for more information on ordering gluten free.

How do I order a gluten free pizza?
Reserve your gluten free pizza on our gluten free order form. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us, please give us a call as it may mean we do not have your reservation. For carry out gluten free pizzas, you do not need to place an additional order online. We will call or email you to confirm and collect payment information. Gluten free dough is an additional $4.

Do you offer toppings on half of a pizza?
No, we do not.

Do you offer vegan options?
Yes, any of our pizzas can be made without cheese. Or try our dairy-free cheese substitute!

How do I buy a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online from our website.

How do I redeem a gift certificate? Can I place an order online with a gift certificate?
You can redeem a gift certificate by brining it in when you order or dine in. You cannot use a gift certificate for online orders. Please call us to place a carry out order using a gift certificate and we will redeem it when you pick up.
